I am a craft cocktail bartender, who worked for four years at George's at the Cove becoming one of their lead barmen by the end of my time there. Georges at the Cove is an award winning restaurant overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Perched above La Jolla Cove, Georges boasts stunning views paired with Southern Californian cuisine sourcing from local produce purveyors and the highest quality fish and meat the region has to offer. A Michelin Plate Restaurant, rated one of the "Top 100 Best Al Fresco Dining Restaurants in America" While here, I maintained a rotating prep of 30+ syrups, infusions, kegged cocktails, and hand cut ice. I ran bar service daily creating unique experiences for my guests and developing a group of regulars over time that returned week after week. I assisted with menu development working closely with management to create and launch multiple cocktail books that have all been published and are available for sale. While in my role I also helped spearhead the bar prep and bartender apprenticeship program, assisting directly by bringing up other barbacks to become bartenders through a training process I helped develop with my management team. Aside from tending bar I am also founded my own photo and video production company, Primal Peak Productions, a digital marketing company assisting small businesses tell their story and expand their global reach. We offer photo and video services working with clients from pre- through post-production, as well as social media scheduling and optimization
